If you have received your current drivers' licence by proxy, the Vehicle Inspection Office may not have tested or certified you competent to drive on Nigerian roads. You may have to demonstrate that you have the SKILL, KNOWLEDGE and the right ATTITUDE to now drive before your licence can be renewed or replaced.
