DRIVER'S LICENCE APLICATION OVERVIEW

Apply for your first provisional driving license (Learners Permit) or renewal of a full driver license for a car, moped or motorcycle using the Vehicle Inspection Office and the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority’s (VIODVLA) secured and easy to use online application service. On completion of your application, you will be issued a unique access code for booking the theory test; you will not be able to book your practical driving test except you pass the theory test .

Driver's licence application requires a fee of N3,000.00 while learner's permit requires a fee of N250.00. And you will be required to pay before you can obtain your reference number.
